Member of the Brussels Bar since 2000, Fabian Tchékémian obtained his law degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2000.
He specializes in corporate law, a subject he taught at UCL-Mons (Université Catholique Louvain - Mons) from 2010 to 2013.
Fabian provides both legal and litigation services and has extensive experience in litigation, particularly with respect to settling disputes between shareholders and / or managers. He practices international arbitration and has specialized training in civil and commercial mediation.
Since 2018, Fabian works for Auriex. He manages all the legal aspects of the company.
Fabian travels regularly to Africa, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He has gained valuable expertise in negotiating contracts under DRC law as well as negotiating debt collection and compensation with the DRC government. He assists NPOs in the negotiation of a public-private partnership dedicated to the protection of nature. Finally, Fabian is frequently consulted in OHADA law.
